At
Independence Manor Care Center we understand the desires of family
members to care for their loved ones at home; however, we also
understand that there are times when this is impossible. Many diagnosis
simply result in the "wearing down" of the physical and mental
strength of the caregiver long before the patient. At these times,
special services can be provided by our facility, as long as beds are
available. If your physician requests that the resident receive physical, occupational or speech therapy services, Independence Manor Care Center can arrange for them to receive those services right here in our facility. Rehab Choice, Inc., provide hands-on for the assistance of our residents. We will bill Medicare, Secondary Insurance, and/or Medicaid for these services. We operate under the premise that, beyond the need for physical nursing care, the psychosocial well-being of our residents is of utmost importance. We believe in the happiness and security of our residents, so you will find much of our focus is on the activities and social services provided in our facility.
