At
Independence Manor Care Center, we realize that the major reason for
entering a long-term care facility is to meet a need for specialized
nursing and personal care services. We welcome the opportunity and are
willing and able to provide these services.
We understand the importance to you that our employees are capable of providing the kind of care needed and deserved. Our caregivers include licensed nurses in the facility 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 52 weeks a year! In addition to the licensed nursing staff, our nursing assistants are specially trained to provide care in a long-term care facility. Our nursing assistants complete both classroom and practical training in order to receive professional certification. All nursing personnel are under the supervision of the Registered Nurse Director, as well as other registered nurses in key positions. In addition to the nurses and nursing assistants, our restorative department is available to our residents five days each week.
